snack

I tried making a healthier version of cocoa balls i usually make substituting butter with dates. I don't think they are nearly as delicious... and i think the dates are far more delicious in the oven wrapped with bacon

▶ Sandra, Brit & Katrine: Yeah -our good friend who also made us the little shit, made it for Elinor
Bantik: i never knew their name, but they are beautiful
▶ Tina Frey Designs: Thank you so much - keep stopping by!
Emma: oh no, they are from this fall! im allready freezing and its not even really cold yet! im so scared for this winter!

Even if you weren't all happy with the outcome, it sure looks good, and I love that bowl! :)

in true american style, i must say i don't think there can be a substitute for butter...or bacon...
and, i don't know if i've ever eaten a date. how horrible is that? i don't even know if i've ever seen one!

mmmm oven-baked dates wrapped in bacon are probably one of the best things ever! my mom makes them by replacing the stone of the date with Boursin (I don't know if you have it in Denmark, it's some sort of herb cheese, very tasty!) befor wrapping it in bacon & baking it. SO so so good! :)

Jeg har kigget på de her billeder et par hundrede gange. Og nu er jeg efterhånden så tilpas lækkersulten, at jeg må lave dem i morgen. Med den gammeldags opskrift, er jeg dog bange for.

Oh man, these look good!
They need to invent some kind of taste-o-vision already so I can just reach through the screen and grab one, like from Willie Wanka.
